By accessing or using Bookiro’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Bookiro, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Services and Subscriptions
a. Description
Bookiro offers SaaS tools for appointment scheduling, client communication, and vendor management. Features may change over time.
b. Fees and Billing
Pricing is displayed at https://bookiro.ca/pricing.
All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
c. Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel anytime via your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any local, provincial, or federal law
Use our service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Interfere with our platform’s performance or security
Resell, sublicense, or copy our software without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this agreement.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Bookiro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display such content solely to provide services to you.
7. Third-Party Services
Bookiro may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, SMS gateways). We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Bookiro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes must be filed in courts located in Quebec, Canada. Prior to litigation, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to our website and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the changes.
