Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to Bookiro at any time by logging into your account and accessing the billing section.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will retain access to all features until that time.

  • Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

a. Monthly Plans
  • No refunds are issued for partial months, unused services, or early cancellation.

b. Annual Plans
  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase (initial transaction only).

  • After 14 days, the plan is non-refundable but will remain active for the paid term.

c. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed in error, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. If verified, a full or partial refund will be issued promptly.


3. Service Downtime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Unplanned service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours may be eligible for prorated compensation or credit upon request.

  • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance and does not qualify for compensation.


4. Termination by Bookiro

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.


5. Vendor Bookings (Clients)

Refunds for services booked through vendors are governed by each vendor’s own cancellation/refund policy.

  • Bookiro is not responsible for issuing refunds for vendor services.

  • Clients must resolve disputes directly with the vendor.

  • If a vendor fails to respond within 7 days, clients may escalate the issue to Bookiro support.


6. Chargebacks and Abuse

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage all users to contact us first before disputing a charge with their payment provider.

To request a refund or submit a cancellation dispute, contact:
