How to Enable the Invoice Feature:
Creating an Invoice
To create an invoice, click the Add Invoice button, then fill in the details to quickly generate a new invoice.
Click Keywords to view available placeholders you can use in your invoices to automatically insert relevant data. Easily preview and download PDF invoices to ensure accuracy. You can also import your own HTML template by clicking Code View.
Adding Invoices to Notifications
After creating and saving an invoice, you can attach it to notifications effortlessly. To do this, navigate to Workflow, edit the desired action, and add your invoice as a URL or file path.
In the Attachments section at the bottom of the notification template, select the invoice you’d like to include, then save your settings.
You can also attach multiple invoices to a single notification.
