Client Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Bookiro platform as a client (“you”, “user”, or “client”) for discovering, booking, and managing appointments with service vendors/tenants (“vendors”).
By using Bookiro, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws.
1. Scope of Use
As a client, you may:
Browse vendor listings
Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
Create a user profile
Submit reviews and feedback
Manage notifications and preferences
2. Booking Responsibility
When booking through Bookiro, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact and payment information
Attend appointments as scheduled
Comply with each vendor’s cancellation or rescheduling policies
Communicate respectfully and in good faith
Missed or late appointments may result in cancellation fees as set by the vendor.
3. Vendor Independence
Vendors listed on Bookiro are independent providers.
Bookiro does not employ, manage, or endorse vendors.
Bookiro is not liable for the quality, outcome, or pricing of services rendered by vendors.
All disputes regarding services must be addressed with the vendor directly. We encourage resolution via direct communication.
4. Prohibited Behavior
You must not:
Harass, threaten, or abuse vendors or other users
Provide fraudulent information or impersonate others
Attempt to book services for illegal purposes
Circumvent platform fees or solicit vendors outside the platform
Leave intentionally false, defamatory, or abusive reviews
Violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
5. Reviews and Feedback
You may submit reviews after completed appointments.
Reviews should be honest, respectful, and based on actual experiences.
Vendors have the right to respond.
Bookiro may remove reviews that violate platform rules or are deemed malicious.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify Bookiro immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Bookiro is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, personal injury, or dissatisfaction related to third-party vendor services.
Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Quebec Law 25.
Your data is shared only with vendors you book with, and only to the extent necessary for your service.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of updates.
