Automated Reminders

Reduce No-Shows with Bookiro’s Automated Reminders

As a service provider, you know how critical it is for clients to keep their appointments. Missed appointments don’t just waste your time—they cost you money and disrupt your entire schedule, turning a fully booked day into a frustrating mess. That’s why it’s essential to remind your clients about their upcoming appointments in advance.

With Bookiro’s Reminders feature, you can easily set up automated SMS, email, and WhatsApp notifications to keep your customers informed—helping to prevent no-shows and late cancellations.

Why Reminders Matter

The #1 reason clients miss appointments? They simply forget.

Not only does this cause inconvenience, but every missed booking is also a lost business opportunity. A simple reminder—especially via SMS—can reduce no-shows by up to 90%. If you have the tools to notify your clients in advance, use them consistently to protect your time and maximize productivity.

Stay Ahead of Missed Appointments

With automated reminders, you can:

  • Inform clients before their appointment.
  • Follow up after the appointment for feedback or next steps.
  • Allow clients to reschedule or cancel in advance if needed.

This proactive communication helps reduce wait times, keeps your schedule running smoothly, and improves customer satisfaction.

Make Clients Feel Welcome and Valued

Even your long-term clients can get caught up in their busy lives and accidentally miss an appointment. By automating reminders and making it easy for clients to respond at their convenience, you dramatically increase the chance of them showing up—or notifying you if plans change.

A friendly reminder can prevent uncomfortable situations where loyal clients might feel embarrassed about forgetting.

    • The same process applies to the “Booking Ends” trigger for end-of-appointment reminders.
